La Adami e Lemmi fu una società costituita nel 1860, sotto il nome di "Società Italica Meridionale", dai banchieri toscani Pietro Augusto Adami e Adriano Lemmi per ottenere l'appalto della costruzione di una rete ferroviaria nell'Italia del Sud.
