ARRIVA TRANSPORT ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA a.s., od roku 2006 do června 2013 Veolia Transport Česká republika a.s., předtím do roku 2005 Connex Czech Holding a. s. je společnost zastřešující skupinu společností, které provozovaly hromadnou osobní dopravu, zejména autobusovou, od roku 2002 v rámci skupiny Connex, od roku 2006 v rámci skupiny Veolia Transport a od roku 2013 v rámci skupiny Arriva (pod níž již předtím a souběžně působí v České republice též holding Arriva holding Česká republika s.r.o.), která patří od roku 2010 ke skupině Deutsche Bahn. V květnu 2013 byla skupina Veolia Transport ČR označována za největšího autobusového dopravce v České republice; v té době údajně zaměstnávala v Česku 2600 lidí a provozovala 1600 autobusů a 4 regionální vlaky. Působí hlavně v Praze a Středočeském kraji, ve východních Čechách a rozsáhlé severní části Moravy a v českém Slezsku.
