Die Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts (AöR) Bayerische Staatsforsten (BaySF) ist ein Forstbetrieb der den gesamten Staatswald des Freistaates Bayern bewirtschaftet. Sie wurden 2005 gegründet zur Trennung der Bewirtschaftung des staatseigenen Waldes von der hoheitlichen Forstaufsicht.
