The company then entered into a partnership with Electro Source, who was distributing Sunsoft's games, to form Classified Games as a game publishing label. The company then begin developing games for the Sega Dreamcast. The company then moved on to producing games for next generation consoles. In 2001, the Classified Games label was discontinued and started publishing games under the Conspiracy label and was signed with SVG Distribution.
In 2002, the company signed a distribution deal with Vivendi Universal Games, in order to act as a distributor for Conspiracy's video game titles. In 2003, the company signed a deal with rapper Eminem to do a licensed game for the PC and PlayStation. The company then later owed $5 million in royalties after a lawsuit was filed.
