Die DSR Hotel Holding GmbH ist eine Hotelmanagement-Gesellschaft, die aus den Marken A-Rosa, Henri Hotels, aja, Urban Nature, Mira Hotels & Resorts und Carls besteht und die beiden Hotels Louis C. Jacob in Hamburg und Neptun in Warnemünde betreibt. Die DSR Hotel Holding GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der DR Hospitality GmbH & Co. KG; diese entstand 2021 als Joint Venture, an dem mit zunächst jeweils 50 % die Deutsche Seereederei (DSR GmbH) und REWE (DER Touristik) beteiligt waren. Die DR Hospitality GmbH & Co. KG gehört seit 2024 mehrheitlich zur DERTOUR Group. Ab August 2026 ist die DERTOUR Group alleinige Eigentümerin der DSR Hotel Holding.
