Forages et Exploitations Pétrolières is a company founded in 1942 dissolved in 1985.¹

Forages et Exploitations Pétrolières (Forex) was een Franse boormaatschappij die in 1942 werd opgericht door Raymond Godet. Dit was de eerste boormaatschappij in Frankrijk in een tijd dat oliemaatschappijen het boren meestal zelf uitvoerden. In 1985 werd het samengevoegd met Southeastern Drilling Company (Sedco) tot Sedco Forex.
