Holstenhallen is a German fair ground company based in Neumünster, founded in 1996.1 Its website says: “Flexible connections and versatile spaces: Holstenhallen offers up to 14,000 m² of exhibition space and 85,000 m² of outdoor grounds that can be used for parking or as additional exhibition space. Our experienced catering team takes care of all food and beverage requirements.”4
