MetalShips & Docks S.A.U. es un astillero español especializado en el buque, construcción y reparación de grandes buques en acero y aluminio de alto valor añadido.​ Fundado en 2000 por el empresario Manuel Rodríguez en la parroquia de Teis, en Vigo, ocupa las instalaciones del desaparecido Astilleros y Construcciones (ASCON).​ El astillero forma parte del Grupo Rodman, que también posee Rodman Polyships, otra factoría naval situada en la parroquia moañesa de Meira, en la Ría de Vigo.2 From the Spanish Wikipedia, CC BY-SA 4.0
