Metos Oy Ab on suomalainen ammattikeittiölaitteita ja niihin liittyviä palveluja tarjoava yritys. Metos perustettiin vuonna 1922 nimellä Oy Metalliteos. Perheyrityksenä aloittanut Metos siirtyi 1959 Instrumentarium Oy:n omistukseen, ja vuosina 1994 ja 1998 tehdyillä kaupoilla siitä tuli osa Hackman Oyj:tä. Nykyisin Metos kuuluu erillisenä liiketoimintayksikkönä italialaiseen Ali Group -konserniin, joka osti koko Hackman Oyj:n osakekannan vuonna 2004.
