Oulun Kärpät Oy on oululainen jääkiekkotoimintaa harjoittava osakeyhtiö. Yhtiö perustettiin vuonna 1995 nimellä Oulun Jäähallin Myynti Oy, mutta se vaihtoi nykyiseen nimeensä vuonna 2000, jolloin se ryhtyi hoitamaan Oulun Kärppien miesten edustusjoukkueen ja A-juniorijoukkueen toimintaa.
