De Nederlandsche Maatschappij voor Havenwerken is een Nederlands aannemingsbedrijf, opgericht 1 juli 1912 en hoofdzakelijk werkzaam buiten Nederland. Zij hebben in juli 1952, bij het 40-jarig bestaan, het predicaat “koninklijke” gekregen.
