TukkuHeino Oy on perheyhtiö, joka on perustettu jo vuonna 1899. TukkuHeino Oy on Heino-konsernin emoyhtiö, jonka tytäryhtiöitä ovat Uniq Drinks Finland Oy ja Anton & Anton ruokakauppoineen. Aikaisemmin tytäryhtiönä oli Heinon Tukku Oy, joka myytin Valiolle. Konsernin toimitusjohtaja on Petri Heino. Yhtiön pääkonttori on Espoossa.
