Die Franz Wiltmann GmbH & Co. KG fertigt und vertreibt seit 1887 am Firmensitz im westfälischen Versmold-Peckeloh Wurst und Schinken. Das Familienunternehmen vermarktet überwiegend Salami in Deutschland und Europa. Überdies stellt Wiltmann Pasteten, Aspik-, Koch- und Brühwursterzeugnisse sowie Snackprodukte her.
