Slevomat and Dáme jídlo
Čupr launched Slevomat in 2010 after beginning work on the discount website while still living in the UK.
His next venture, Dáme jídlo, launched in 2012 and allowed customers to order meals from restaurants. The company built its own delivery network and was acquired by Delivery Hero in 2015.
He sold his stake in Slevomat in 2017, when the company was acquired by the British travel business Secret Escapes.

Rohlik
Čupr founded Rohlik.cz in 2014 as an online supermarket offering home delivery. He said he wanted to offer a wide choice of groceries, while addressing speed and reliability of delivery.
Rohlik reached a valuation of more than US$1 billion in 2021. By September 2025, Rohlik operated in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Austria and Romania. By 2025, it also offered e-commerce and logistics services to other retailers through its Veloq platform.
Investments and other ventures
Čupr acquired a controlling stake in Pilulka Lékárny, an operator of pharmacies and an online shop, through his investment company in 2025. In the same year, Čupr and Ondřej Šťastný co-founded QuantumSpring, a company that uses AI in software development.
Čupr co-founded Duvo.ai in 2025 with former Rohlik employees Marek Paris and Martin Pecha. The idea came from watching employees at Rohlik spend hours copying data between different busineess systems. The company announced US$15 million in seed funding in December 2025, in a round led by Index Ventures.
