Properties, in its own words

Our headquarters and a warehouse facility are located in East Hanover, New Jersey. We also operate production and warehouse facilities in Portage, Indiana, Sacramento, California and Toronto, Canada. We also conduct our European operations from a facility in Dusseldorf, Germany and our Asian operations from a purchase center in Tangshan, China and a global support center in Taipei, Taiwan. Moreover, we own a manufacturing facility just outside of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. All properties, except for the Sihanoukville facility, are leased. We believe that our properties are in good operating condition and adequately serve our current business operations. We also anticipate that suitable additional or alternative space, including those under lease options, will be available at commercially reasonable terms for future expansion, which we intend to evaluate on an ongoing basis in tandem with our “BPC” growth strategy.

  • The long-term performance of our businesses relies on our ability to attract, develop and retain talented and diverse personnel.

  • Our disclosure controls and procedures may not prevent or detect all errors or acts of fraud.
  • We are at risk of securities class action litigation.

We cannot predict the results of any such disputes, and despite the potential outcomes, the existence thereof may have an adverse material impact on us due to diversion of management time and attention as well as the financial costs related to resolving such disputes.
