Risk factors and legal proceedings
Legal proceedings
In addition to routine legal proceedings occurring in the ordinary course of business, at March 31, 2026 we were involved in legal proceedings seeking reimbursement for approximately $120,000 in real estate taxes paid on behalf of a former borrower. We are confident of a favorable outcome in the recovery of these tax reimbursements.
