PAR.DEV.I SA - Participation et Développement Industriel, était une société holding créée en octobre 1968 par Michelin SA et le groupe italien FIAT S.p.A. pour gérer la participation de Michelin dans le constructeur français Citroën SA (55 %) qui comprend alors les automobiles Citroën et les véhicules industriels Berliet.
